Joel is the last born among his siblings. He lives with his single mother after being abandoned by their father. The mother does tailoring on a very small scale from where they live. She sometimes fails to pay the children's fees and they end up sitting at home for a very long period of time. This lowers their self esteem and learning process. His siblings dropped out of school and we wouldn't want the same fate to befall Joel. He desires to go to school and wants to reach the university for a brighter future. His best subject is English, the best color red and the dish chips and chicken. He enjoys playing football and loves boxing. He is an interesting young boy that needs a hand of help to reach his dreams.
